They have had my truck for 6 months. I realize it is a big job, but its been 6 MONTHS! Still no end in sight. No getting straight answers about when it will be ready. Always waiting on parts. Parts dont take 6 months to come in. If they couldnt do the job in a reasonable time frame, they should have said so and I would have gone elsewhere. Losing my patience at this point. Dont pick Don Vito!
Everything is excellent because of Cheri. She took care of all of my needs. Because of her I'll never take my vehicle anywhere else, you have a customer for life. She told me what to expect. She was very helpful. Donvito has a great employee.
Our car went in around Oct 24/16 we are finally getting back Dec 13. Part not in the is a add on blah way too long for a autopac claim not recommended unless you want to wait forever. Plus staff are rude
They did a terrible job on my BMW. I brought it there because they are BMW certified and they did a really bad job. The car was slapped together by some knob and everything started to fall apart. There are also oil fingerprints all over my interior, nobody cared to be careful. I found scratches all over the car. I've been back there 2 times already and they are replacing parts that they damaged while "fixing" my car. The trunk was full of water and rust when I opened it, didn't close properly.
Not happy with them. I brought in my truck for a mpi claim to repair a bumper. They said it would take 5 business days and it turned out to be 14 days. The paint was sloppy and had many runs and overspray. On top of that, my daylight running lights on the bumper they replaced no longer worked and they tried to tell me it was like that when I brought it in. Not happy with their service and dishonesty.
Not impressed with customer service. Cory Shaw was not good to deal with. He lacks inforamtion and is too abrupt and won't keep you up to date with timely information. He has virtually no communication with the body shop so good luck if your car is in there!
If you are able to, go somewhere else.
