I've been seeing ...

I've been seeing Brittney for my hair services for about 2 years now and I just love her! She is amazing, and I've been a happy customer after every visit. The salon overall is fantastic. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Contrary to the poor

Contrary to the poor review previously written, I have had nothing but AMAZING service at Élan. I'm betting there is some sort of miscommunication between the previous customer and the salon, as I have often given unusual requests for hair colours be styles and the results have always been fantastic. I trust them completely and have always been welcomed by their friendly and helpful staff. Best experience I've ever had at any salon, with great affordable prices. I will be going back time and time again (and have been going to the salon for easily 8 years now). Well worth a visit!!!!!

So Unprofessional & Rude

Not even worth one star. I asked for "auburn/brown" and nothing DARK. AT ALL. And I left the salon with virtually BLACK hair. I went back saying I was unhappy and they offered to fix it. They lightened it barley even one shade and kept telling me how it was "soooo close" to the picture I brought in which is a laugh because it's nowhere near being close. I now have to get a color correction done to strip out all the dark in my hair which will cost me about $250 ontop of the $140 I spent to have something I could've paid $10 for out of a box dye! Even after being nice and telling the manager how upset I was and how awful this hair color is and how bad it's making me feel the manager refused me a refund. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Worst service imaginable and so incredibly unprofessional to be arguing with a client who is this unhappy with their result. And to top it off, to listen to the manager argue with me, telling me I'm wrong is absolutely RIDICULOUS. They've wasted a large amount of time and money and I have nothing good to say about Elan.
