    refusal to answer...

    refusal to answer questions over the phone. staff could differentiate between a blood test and questions about mental health. was told NOT to get a referral because I am single and on provincial assistance EVEN AFTER being told that I am just exploring what avenues will be open to me in three years when I will be able to afford IVF.
