Krevco recently renovated our inground pool. They replaced the liner, did some concrete work, replaced jets and underground plumbing. They did a very professional job and it looks great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for pool renovations. I am very happy with all the work krevco did. Everything went smoothly.
Do not use this company, Go elsewhere. We purchased a hot tub there them this summer and could barely get an email back from them when we had an issue. Completely unhappy with the Hot tub and they could care less. They could help us, they could take it back but no. Day one we told them it was no where near as good as our Sundance one. We told them exactly what we are looking for and the salesman Walter lies and tells you what you want to hear. 2nd you buy it you are on your own. Terrible.
If I could give zero stars I would. I called for service for my hot tub having no power and nobody answers the phone or returns your message. Just awful service go else where!!
Delivered our spa on time and as promised AND have been quick with the turn around on warranty work. PLUS an incredibly knowledgeable woman doing their water testing. She does it right in front of you using titration methods so I know I can trust the numbers. Plus they dont push any magic elixers. Just the chemicals you really need, even if Im using the Trouble Free Pool approach which really cuts down on the high-margin products I might otherwise buy.
We purchased and had a large above ground pool 15ft 4 years ago. Things have been great and John the manager has even stopped by our house to help when we had questions. One of our pool parts was leaking and he came up with a solution that will save us 700.00! Great service, j hughes
Terrible service. Leave several messages before they return your calls. Don’t service out of Winnipeg. Contract out with rural technicians who are rude and seem uninterested in providing service. Long waits to get the service. Sell you wrong parts. Would never buy from Krevco again.
My pool is only 1/2 done. This outfit is a NIGHTMARE! Don't get involved with them
My indoor fireplace went out not too long ago and I was asking around for any recommendations when a friend told me about Krevco. I called them up, and they were over installing it very quickly. Customer service was phenomenal, definitely will recommend!

Bought a hot tub from Krevco that eventually stopped working. Called them to fix it but after 5 visits from them to fix it, it was still broken. Each time they came to "fix it" they would supposedly fix one issue and somehow notice another issue each visit that needed further "repairing" and more time and parts. I complained to the manager but he said there was nothing they could do so I told him im not going to use them to repair it since they did nothing to fix it after almost a year of resche
My experience with Krevco was possibly the worst experience I have had with any type of business. Multiple times someone was to call with further information but never did. Anytime I called and asked about the repair the response was they were waiting for the part. About a month after I had dropped off the unit they called and said that the part was discontinued and the repair would be twice what I was initially told. I would not recommend using this business to anyone.
