TERRIBLE SET UP WHERE U CANT USE THE LOUNGE ATM When its 10mins to closing. The Security guard was right there with the door pried half closed and the service at the vendor couldnt even suggest the store nearby for using their ATM so that we could make purchase , we traveled for. Just seems that no matter who or what the situation is there is no consideration of any type of small courtesy here. DISAPPOINTING to even remain a vision of choice as is, and for it to stand as any type in the future.

Drink selection could be better. Only turn off would be the occasional tipsy person that acts out of line then acts outraged when denied service, though that may be the norm for any bar/vendor. Hoping they bring back karaoke on weekends.

I was short changed $5, likely a mistake, next inline took it, or whatever. Few days later i was back and mentioned the mistake. he assumed I was calling him a thief and flipped out In an ugly way. Days later I went to tell him I had not meant that he was a thief and apologize. Instead, he let out a string of gay slurs, saying "be a man", whatever that mean. Some truth is needed for an insult to work, but spewing homophobic hate is bad for business.
