    terrible service - sonya's

    I ordered an arrangement for delivery on Thursday for good Friday. I confirmed the price, which was an additional $15.00 fee for delivery (because of Good Friday). My master card was charged accordingly. All day Friday, I never heard from my friend which the flowers were ordered for, so I called her asking if she got my flowers, she said no, and that no one has called her indicating a delivery will be coming, etc. I call Sonya’s and left a message around 9:00 pm on Friday wondering why my flowers were not delivered. At 11:30 on Saturday morning, still no one had called me from Sonya’s, so I called them and asked to speak with a manager. The manger came on the phone, and I explain what happened. The manager was less than remorseful, indicating that they were very busy, and that my order was placed in the Saturday delivery slot. I then asked how come when the mistake was realized this morning, why no one called me. The manager once again expressed that they were too busy, and that my credit card had been reversed. After she said my credit card had been reversed, I was under the assumption that the flowers would then be delivered today, but they gave me a “deal” on the delivery charge, due to their error; however the manager then told me that the entire ordered was cancelled. I then asked if that’s the case, how come no one even called me to tell me that my friend would not be receiving flowers, and that my order did not go through, she then again apologized (not very sincerely), and I went on to say that I was absolutely disgusted in their service; she had no response. I would strongly never recommend Sonya’s to anyone.

    Excellent customer service

    This is a very delightful place to shop in. Staff are excellent to say the very least. There is a great variety of attactive merchandise. I look forward to my visits with Sonys and Marilyn.
