Overall negative experience with Daniel. Poor communication skills which resulted in many frustrations over the course of a month. Daniel had difficulty in completing documents in a timely manner and did not respond well to corrections and adjustments. Finally decided to switch lawyers as the real estate deal would not be completed in time due to poor time management. The other lawyer was able to complete in less than a week what Daniel could not do in over a month. Very poor experience.
I think that for most people, consulting a lawyer can seem a very daunting experience. Daniel Frenette is the sort of lawyer who will take the time to explain things to you in a manner that is easy to understand, and not the least bit intimidating. Dealing with Daniel has actually been such a positive experience, that's it's emcouraged me to take care of a lot of matters that I was putting off (wills, etc.). Highly recommended.
