Do not deal with Brittany. She is rude/snotty. More or less called me stupid by saying I didnt put my name or any information on the form for my online order. Miraculously she was able to charge my credit card and email me to tell me all this. Tried calling all week while emailing her without getting any reponses. Then more or less tells me I cancel if I want and laughs. Snot!

i had the best customwer service ever from leons from the service department right down to the delivery men ....i didnt like the chairs that was delivered and pick out a couch instead the service department had no problem with this and the delivery men come 2 days later took out the chairs which i might add that they assembled for us and brought in the couch we ordered all for free of charge to us now we are looking for a washer and dryer yup we are going to leons

We purchased an upright freezer last week and enquired about a 10% reduction in price if paying cash. We were told in no uncertain terms that this could not be done. After asking for the manager and being refused we paid and left the store. That will never happen again!!!!!!!Every large business has the ability of providing a cash incentive of 10% saving but not Leons.

Bought furniture ...

Bought furniture two years ago from Leon's bought the warranty for accidental rips tears spell scrapes etc. after putting in a claim for my ripped chair was denied because of reoccurring issue rocking against something. After being misinformed from sales person I highly recommend it never getting the extra coverage from zucora. This has been my first and last experience with Leon's furniture.
