Every time I go in this store its horrible customer experience. Last month I waited over 30 minutes for someone to help me load patio stones in my car. Yesterday was the last straw when 2 people tried to tell me they didn't have a product and it would take a month to order it in. I went to the east side Kents and they had them in stock and would order the other pieces and be here in a week. Last time I go to Kents on the west side.
Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Returns or exchanges are never a problem. Nice clean store. Reasonable prices, great sales. Paint dept. is terrific in helping pick out the perfect color. Have renovated my house from this store.
