Been trying to get hold of someone there to close my account as being charged even though not using it and now in overdraft apparently. Cannot get hold of anyone as mailbox for the branch is full and cannot leave a message. It is ridiculous that you cannot speak to someone to get your issue resolved. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
