Started in 1996 by John Kufudi we have been helping customers look their best for over 20 years. We are located in St. John's Newfoundland and Labrador and are locally owned and operated. In addition to our central location, we offer 6 convenient drop off locations including: Elizabeth Avenue Irving, Home Hardware CBS, Bidgoods Supermarket (Goulds), Mighty Whites Laundromat, Benjamin's Clothing and G&N Shoe Repair (Goulds). We are dedicated to the environment as we offer hanger recycling, utilize an eco-friendly drycleaning machine and offer reusable laundering bags. We offer express service to customers using our laundering bags as your name and contact information is printed on your bag. You simply request a day for pickup and leave your bag and clothes with us! ?     Ruined my 3 month old winter jacket, item was returned with a completely broken zipper to the point of teeth and the pully completely missing. Manager had the audacity to BLAME me and refused that it could've happened there despite me wearing the jacket with a completely working zipper to the drop off location. Manager started the phone call with a raised voice and acting super defensive. When I matched her energy she called me abusive. Will advise all family and friends to avoid

    ATTENTION! Please save yourself and DO NOT BRING your CANADA GOOSE coat to get dry cleaned here ! My coat is completely destroyed. White marks all over it, fading, discolouration, looks like it has aged 20 years. . When I expressed my concern and that I was upset, the owner couldn't have cared less, was extremely rude to me and hung up on me. Not only did they not do anything to rectify the issue, they blamed it on me & didn't even refund me the $28 it cost me to ruin my coat. Very disappointed
