    Great Customer Service

    We purchased a pub style dining set in 2012 from Hayward's. First, I have to say - I love their delivery service. You can actually schedule an appointment to have your furniture delivered in an hour window (not wait around an entire day or half a day). The delivery was punctually and prompt. My appointment was for 11:00 am and they arrived minutes after, unpacked, assembled and we were all on our way 15 minutes later (I didn't even use my entire lunch hour). Some of our stools were damaged and Hayward's had no issue sending out new chairs and picking up the old ones. A year later, a piece broke off one of our stools. At this point, the supplier had discontinued the set but, Robin took the time to find extra stools and have them shipped up from the states for us. We are not impressed with the stool construction but, the customer service has been great. I doubt very much that some of the chain furniture stores would of went through the effort that Robin did to replace our broken stool extending the life of our set.

    Great store, great furniture

    We purchased a new leather sectional and love seat at Hayward Interiors and we love it!! Daina was a great resource; she helped us with figuring out the layout of our room and the sizing of our furniture that would work in our space. No pressure sales, friendly staff. The delivery guys were awesome; they delivered on time, I can’t say enough. We shopped around comparing furniture quality and prices; we liked what we seen at Hayward Interiors, new furniture with old style quality to last. It is a treat to visit the store and walk round, I would highly recommend this store to family and friends.

    This place has it all! Great atmosphere, great staff, and great looking furniture!! I am thrilled with my new sofa set and will be recommending all my friends go to Hayward's as well!!!

    beautiful store

    What a lovely store. Just purchased a new sofa and pair of chairs. Not only are these new pieces beautiful, Hayward's did up a floor plan of my awkward room ( for free) to see how it would look so I knew where it would go and how it would fit along with other furnishings that I already had.
