The price for a fill went up $5. I was then charged $5 more as I chose a color with sparkle. When asked about that, it was charged as it’s Christmas time. Wow. I was then charged another $5 to fix ONE nail (new policy). $15 more than when I visited last. Unbelievable. I will not be going back.
Went there with my daughter two weeks ago. Had appointments but I was took in right away and my daughter was taken in 25 minutes after me and our appointment time. Now just less than two weeks of getting our shellac nails done the grow out is rough and pealing off. Very disappointed in our experience. Won’t go back.
Everything has a added charge without any justification, such as shaping a nail a certain way. They also do sloppy work when shaping nail and file your natural nail too much that it become painful.
First off, terrible customer service.
The lady I had was so rude and aggressive - very poor job done on my (powered gel nails) service, I’ll be going elsewhere tomorrow to get them removed (that bad!)
A waste of my $70 (which it states online and in store $40 for the service I had done) a waste of my 1.5 time as well!

This evening i went to nailstime to get my brows done. Not only are my brows horribly uneven but the customer service was terrible. Upon trying to explain what it was i wanted done with my brows i was just told to take my shoes off??? And lay on the bed. When they were done i was handed a mirror for all of 10 seconds and rushed out. This was about 45 minutes before they closed and by appointment without another customer behind me. It was horrible experiance and not only will i never go to nailst
