    After many delays and email exchanges- Peter did minimum effort. If you are having property disputes, this is NOT the survey company to utilize. His employees obviously work hard. He will create a distraction as he signed off on a Provincial road being-Private and did not convert feet to meters on boundary lines.

    When you want something done on time and under budget...call these guys. Their staff is great to deal with from the front desk to the field crew at site. They taught me a lot and how the process works. Would highly recommend.

    Staff is very knowledgeable and even sent a quote price for a job much later after business hours (11 pm!). Not only did Berrigan Surveys complete the land survey in less time than expected, the invoice was $300 less than quoted! Highly recommend to contact this company when needing land survey work.
