Due to mold concerns in my house I hired Bluenose Dogs - Mold & Bed Bug Detection Services Inc. to locate areas where mold might be. I live in Wolfville, Nova Scotia and Andrew agreed to travel from Bridgewater to inspect my home.
Andrew Bursey, the Operations Manager, and his partner David appeared on time for the appointment.
Before bringing the dog, Maggie, into the house Andrew and his partner thoroughly inspected all areas of concern, took notes and answered all my questions comprehensively. Andrew also explained to me what Maggie was going to do.
Maggie is an extremely well behaved dog. She obviously knows her task very well. She is supposed to sit down to indicate mold. When Andrew led her through the rooms for a second time, Maggie would sit exactly on the same spots and point with her nose to the same areas.
Andrew and his partner are very kind, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. They treat Maggie with great affection and consideration, making sure she was comfortable (it was a warm day) had water, and could go do her business.
