    The worst experience ever. We had an appointment at 11:30 AM and arrived 5 minutes early. After waiting for 25 minutes, we asked the receptionist how long we need to wait for more. She said the dentist was finishing up the current patient and should be done soon. At 12:00 PM, there was a shift change, and there is a new receptionist. At 12:20 PM, we asked the same question and asked why it took too long. She told me that my appointment was actually at 12:00 PM. We told her we confirmed with the
