    The product they sell is great....however customer service is really lacking. We have been waiting for screens for our garden doors. The first ones were a 1/4 of an inch too small and fell out when it's windy. 6 months later they came back to replace them and now were an inch small. I call and email to see the status of our screens and handles and no call back....no response for weeks.
