Me and my family were very happy to have an actual person answer the phone when our hot water tank started flooding the basement on one late Sunday night. It was a nightmare and we could not shut the water off. Their plumbing technician came right away and stopped the water from rising to what he showed us as live electrical outlets. I had no idea or even thought of that. Then to top it off he replaced our damaged electric hot water tank right then and there. I never write things like reviews or survays but I was so impressed and thankful, I feel I should let everyone know how prompt and clean the service was. The Team at Mr. Rooter were amazing. We had to have our sewer line replaced from the home to the road due to age/ type of pipe used in the past. Mike, Tyler and Dave not only were able to save us time and money by re-rerouting the line inside the house to avoid further demolition and complications they listened to our concerns. I had the absolute pleasure of doing business with Mike! I lived in an older home that was in desparate need of a bathroom reno. Mike came to my house, discussed my plans and provided me with a quote. Not only did he install a new tub with enclosure, a new toilet and vanity set, but he also installed all the ceramic tiling as well! Mike was very detailed oriented and cleaned up after himself as he went.
