For a true Atlantic experience, it's hard to find a cone better than Cows. The iconic boardwalk shack, an older branch of the emerging PEI chain, almost always sees enormous line-ups out the door between May and October (it closes up for the winter), while indoor queuers can amuse themselves with adorable cartoon cow paraphernalia.
