Home Instead

When my dad had a stroke and my mother was not able to live alone I reached out to Home Instead from my home in Florida and they had 24/7 care in place for my mother by 8:30pm that evening (and it was a holiday weekend). Such peace of mind until I could get there to care for my mother and support my fathers recovery. So appreciative of the kind services of the caregivers.

Upon telephoning Home Instead Senior Care, I was received very warmly. My home care lady is marvelous, she does all I ask of her with a very friendly disposition. She continues to work even if I say, sit and have a cup of tea with me, sure she will make me a cuppa and one for herself but still works. I was visited by a member of staff who was extremely efficient and pleasant. To me Home Instead Senior Care is the best in Nova Scotia.

Exactly what we needed!

Our elderly next door neighbour required home care assistance so she could remain in her own home. We canvassed a number of home care agencies and, finally, settled on Home Instead Senior Care. It was the best decision we could have made! The Home Instead staff was extremely warm, caring, responsive and accomodating in interviewing our neighbour and selecting the specific home care worker. The home worker was a perfect match for our neighbour. Quite aside from the provision of home care assistance, the worker and our neighnbour have become great friends.
