never insure anything with these people

Unbelievable treatment...had a situation where they cancelled our insurance well i was in the hospital having surgery...phoned and made arrangements were suppose to send an email address so i could send in the payment ....instead they cancelled my insurance ..then said that i no longer can pay monthly all payment at once since appartly i cancelled insurance 3 times ..keyes was my first insurance so quite impossible then wanted to charge me almost double the price i was paying
