    Extremely rude, judgemental and zero heart, explained family crisis that caused financial crisis, told her I have been unable to work for 1.5 yrs due to trauma and physical health and she ridiculed me,treated me like an idiot and would not do a bankruptcy as Im a flight risk, apparently . Left the office in tears as she said Good luck, wherever you...ummm end up ...whatever that means ? If you areliving a financial hell and go into that place for relief, you may leave more hopeless.

    We were very disappointed to read this review. We met this person 3 times over a 10 year period and offered 3 free one hour consultations which most trustees would not do. In our most recent meeting, they indicated they were relocating to another province asap. We suggested they wait to file in the other province as there would be duties to be performed that would be easier for them to comply with there. As with most individuals we meet, most are under extreme stress and we take every person's situation very seriously. While we haven't walked in their shoes, we were empathetic none the less. It is unfortunate that we were unable to assist this person and that they were frustrated. We try our hardest to treat everyone with the respect and give them the understanding they deserve
