super tardy and no refund if you miss your plane
when taking the bus to the air port is really nice to be ontime...my 1st and last experience was to put a friend on the bus, 30 min after buying hte ticket over the phone we go to meet the bus and are informed its over an hour late...the ticket was to the airport...you'd think if it were late we'd be emailed called or told at time of purchase....the manager is only at the office for 30 min aday and the reps cant refund tickets ...weak
