Place to go for Fish and Chips

Everyone claims to have the best fish and chips, but here they do. Good portions (cheaper to buy two two-piece than one one-piece and one two-piece), fantastic taste, both fish and fries. Friendly servers. Pies to die for. Even when you go in with the intention of not having dessert, you can't stand at the counter in front of the cooler and not order one.

The Shillelagh House Restaurant in Truro has the best fish and chips I've ever had! Top it off with their own recipe for colesaw and a piece of one of their homemade pies, and it's a delicious meal. Owned and operated by Mike and Lori , the restaurant is clean, quaint and has a friendly atmosphere. Hats off to Mike, Lori and their staff!
