The doctor and staff are courteous and professional. My interaction with Dr. Shirpak was very pleasant. He was very patient in outlining what may be required in several countries I was planning to visit, and left the decision up to me. Highly recommended.

The receptionist only tells you about your appointment over the phone and they MAKE A POINT OUT OF NOT CONTACTING YOU AGAIN so that you are likely to miss your appointment and they can do their $150 cash grab for no-show. They take full advantage of the fact they are the "big dog" in the Hamilton area so that they can treat you like you don't matter. Avoid this shady, bloodless establishment!
