Bad service and mediocre quality. I try to go local but this shop doesn't work.

Boris always does a great job on repairing all my shoes. I been going to him for help on my shoes since he had his old location in the plaza. Very polite and respectful. Even when I thought my shoes weren't worth fixing he assured me that he could bring them back to life. Which he always does! Steve

STAY AWAY from these guys! Sloppy work and unbelievable rudeness and ignorance that deserves extended review (unfortunately not able to fit entire story here but you may look it up online). I was treated so badly as I have never ever been. Do yourself a favour, STAY AWAY!

Boris was honest ...

Boris was honest and upfront about what had to be done to change the zipper on my leather dog bag! I love this bag and wanted it to be fixed. The workmanship was excellent. I was told that the bag had to be taken apart and after refitted with a new zipper, it had to be stitched one by one so it looked the same. I was amazed when I picked up my bag! I'm so happy I found Family Shoe Repair! I wouldn't want to take my bag or shoes anywhere else! The staff take pride in their work! Thank you Boris!!
