    They are a useless bunch of employees that work there (at least most I have dealt with). Im not sure if it comes from the top or not but they are misinformed and not helpful at all. It is the only CTC store I visit (and only when not near another one) that will not inform the customer that the item they saw online is not actually on sale till tomorrow and charge the full price. All other CTC stores will go out of their way to honour a sale price one day early. Avoid at all cost.

    The old man at the auto desk is very confrontational, not very helpful at all. Made my daughter cry with his comments. If you see him there, don't even waste your time. Talk too someone else

    Bad customer Service at the auto centre. Grumpy rep. He Makes people waiting online talking nonsense out of business. Making people to waste time and temper.

    Don't ask for a smoker ! Drive 300 km to ask for a smoker online , god help me I didn't have the part number. A " team leader" ' makes a spectacle of us and says what kind of idiots go online and don't write down a part number very loud and very rude. Says well I hope your ready to wait a half hour to pull out of storage. It took her literally 10 seconds to go and type smoker into the computer and find the price of one we wanted. Awful service!
