Bad Boy Furniture & Appliances

Never buy from here. I bought a couch and chair and within weeks it was showing wear. I reported it and they were going to replace it but suddenly they do not deal with that manufacturer anymore so I had to go in the store and pick something else. I saw nothing that suited so I asked for a refund and was denied. Nothing in the store is at the same price point so I would have to spend more money. They have a really good scam going. Stay away.

Never buy online from Bad Boy’s. I’ve been trying to cancel an order for weeks because it was not in stock, was told store credit only. I responded saying I wanted a full refund and their response was that they were just going to arrange for delivery. Absolutely terrible customer service. It’s disgusting that this company is playing games with people’s money. DO NOT BUY FROM LASTMAN’S BAD BOYS!!

After buying 2 identical love seat one was all crooked and has a lump in the armrest. The day after we received it we reported the defects. We made it clear we wanted a replacement. It took 8.5 weeks to get told that there is no defect. The service is not handled by the store. We have also an extended warranty which now seems like a waste of money since they wont even replace a defective product right from new? Avoid them, you have been warned!

Worst mistake ever bought a couch and chair set broke in just months bed springs coming through never again

I have been dealing with the warranty department since feb 2019 and my couch has been taken twice to the warehouse to be fixed and each time returned in fixed. They have been given me the run around and asked for a manager to give me a call in regards to this situation and they said 48 hrs they will call and I’m still waiting.

we found your staff extremely helpful in making available choices to suit our needs. They did not hover over us while we tried to make a decision. Tracy was extremely helpful when we were picking out materials and choices of sectional furniture. I would recommend Bad Boy to anyone interested in furniture and/or appliances.

Bought a tv, tv s...

Bought a tv, tv stand, and 2 pair of 3d glasses, and recliner. Got them home, tv was cracked. No problem returning it for a new one. Glasses werent there. Its been 12 days. Glasses still not in. When asked i get a different story everytime. Now theyre saying mid to end of june. Never buying from bad boys again. :(
