    Used them yesterd...

    Used them yesterday as we had a small flood in the basement when a pipe connection let go. Called them around 5:30 PM and left message with answering service and they called back in under a half hour. They were at our place by 6:30 PM and all repairs and clean up plus another job that I had was completed by 7:30 PM. Very happy with them. Two young guys, very polite and willing to explain what they were doing. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

    Excellent service...

    Excellent service. Called with an emergency and had help in an hour. Could have soaked me (pun intended) but charged a very fair price. Would use again.

    poor service

    booked appt for after lunch-nobody showed -at 3:15 tech called to rebook for another day-I wasted an afternoon-called office to ask why no one called,secretary said "oh, I guess I should have called' THEY GOT BUSY Plumbers are many-will not use SHAWS again !!!!!!! -Time is money for all of us- UNRELIABLE
