In the last 2 weeks I have gone to this location in the morning to purchase lunch for my kids. The first time I walked in before 9 and was out in 5 mins. Today I waited outside as I arrived before 9am went to the door and waited for someone to open the store and the store never opened I did not have time to wait any longer. The hours/employees are inconsistent if you open at 9 you need to ensure that you are open at 9 not 9:05, 9:10.
This subway location has staff who are extremely friendly and excellent sandwich makers. It is also not unusual for me to come into the restaurant to find all the tables moved out and a member of staff cleaning. I have never seen such a clean subway, what a wonderful experience!!!
Service has been going downhill lately. Staff don’t seem to know how to operate the till. Causing long delays. Your hot sub is no longer. It took one of the employees 10 minutes to cash out 3 gift certificates. Causing all others to wait Maybe time for more training
