    I had a very gratifying experience at The Source in Bracebridge on Friday. The staff person who assisted me and my daughter (she, over FaceTime all the way down in Brazil) for a whole hour in solving a complex problem acted with with empathy, knowledge and efficiency in aiding me and my daughter all the way down in South America over FaceTime. In fact, he went above and beyond his call of duty in the last hours of his working day. Thank you for that! ?
