Found what I was looking for on Amazon (sold by this company)and ordered it. No only they sent me the wrong colour but also the size was wrong. Upon a closer inspection, it was a different model number from what I ordered. Their post is/was confusing and misleading, to say the least. I would have given them zero stars but because they made an effort to work things out, I gave them 2 stars.

Crooks, I bought Poly watch product through Amazon, only to have them return it back to themselves to not only keep their money from the sale but the good as well. So silly to steal $30 from your customers, just glad I didn’t buy a luxury watch with you.I’m just glad I have the records with FedEx of this dialog and sent it for dispute.

Excellent supplier of watch movements, parts and tools. Very good inventory, pricing and customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

Do not trust these people! I took a 40 year old watch in for a repair estimate and was told it needed a new crown and a new battery. As it happens I have a multimeter and tested the brand new battery in the watch and it was fine.
