I have had to contact Reliance multiple times to try and get a credit on my account that was promised to me. I am beyond frustrated!
The YellowPages.ca content rules for reviews do not allow me to mention what Reliance has done to me. I urge you not to do business with Reliance Home Comfort.
Heard this one before: He`ll be there between 10am and 2pm. Wait! What? He`s here and it`s 11am! OK, he`ll assess the problem and come back with parts another day, right? WRONG! Water heater needed to be replaced, he had one with him and was done everything in 2hrs. Bet you didn`t see that coming...neither did I. A company where customer service means something again. Very impressed!
I had a hot water heater replaced today...excellent service by Mitch and Terry. I was very appreciative Mitch did the work as he could very well have left and said he couldn't do it, sending someone the next day. Terry came to deliver a part and stayed to help him. Mitch ensured everything was clean and tidy before he left and explained what I needed to know. I was so impressed by their professionalism and commitment to a superb job well done. Today I had an extremely knowledgeable and courteous technician by the name of Andy V.come to my home for annual an air conditioner/furnace inspection. He took the time and explained everything he was doing in detail. Such a treat compared to the horrible person that was here a couple weeks ago replacing something and he was not the least bit interested in explaining anything. Andy on the other hand was wonderful !!! Thanks again Andy. You do a superb job !!!
We had the pleasure of having Andy V and Mike R service our home today. They were very friendly and professional...a major asset to Reliance Brantford Ont., truly devoted to there company. They explained everything that was to been done and reviewed the process once completed. We were very confident and comfortable with having these true professionals in our home. Had an issue with our water heater and a technician was sent out immediately. The technician was very friendly and efficient.
Yesterday I had a very pleasant and helpful man named Andy in to look at my leaking (rental) hot water heater. I was told on the phone that he would arrive between 1 and 5 and as he wasn't informed of my call until 6 he arrived later than I expected but once there was able to diagnose the problem, provide interim measures and schedule the required service for the next morning. It was changed today in an equally satisfactory manner. Great service and helpful people. Would highly recommend them!

Today we had a young man named Joe Petitte come to replace our water heater. Joe was very friendly & knew exactly what he was doing. I would recommend Joe 100%. Thanks again Joe. Good job done.
Reliance Home Comfort rep was Ryan Cavery - he telephoned prior to his arrival at my home advising his ETA - he checked the hot water heater - advised that he could replace it with a one new - I asked him just to repair to good order which he did at once - he was a very personable and well mannered young man and a superb representative for his company - have been a client of Reliance for many years and have always been very satisfied with the service - thank you - Marie Earl - Wed, Jan 6, 2016
