Best looking store and selection after visiting so many with very poor choices available. Service was great and would highly recommend.

Terrible customer service! I bought an expensive light from them this summer. I returned this week to buy some speciality bulbs for another fixture. The clerk was adamant she was giving me the right bulbs. When I returned to the store to exchange the bulbs which were wrong, I was flatly told there was no return on bulbs!!! 3 staff including the incompetent one, refused to even entertain my request! Never buying athing from this company again!!!

Terrible customer service. Went in and was not even greeted. Lady at the front was doing her own thing, clearly not interested in making a sale. Don't worry, I won't be back.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a light fixture that arrived missing a major part. The distributor sent the wrong piece. Two weeks later, the fixture is still on my dining room table. My electrician has now made two trips to my home. Manager says there is nothing they will do for me. I have to email the distributor to try and get them to help with electrician costs. No return policy. DONT SHOP HERE! Not worth the aggravation!

No regard for customer. Sells inferior fixtures for premium dollars. Be very sure about what you buy, there is a no money back guarantee. The owner Don Parans is not at all concerned about customer satisfaction or making it right. After 6 months I still do not have a functioning fixture that I paid $500 for with NO option for a refund.
