Fast Eddie Appliance Service

Wont be using this company ever again. Waited 3 days for an appointment then over a week for a part for our washer. Once the part was installed and the washer supposedly fixed, I ran a load and ended up with a huge flood. Called and they said they’d send someone right over. 7 hours later and we’re still waiting. Office staff very rude and repair man obviously over booked.

Amazing customer service, definitely will be using their services in the future.

I recently had Fast Eddie's come to my home to repair my washing machine. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. I received exceptional customer service not only from the technician but also office staff. They were able to work around my busy schedule and accommodate me with same day service. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and courteous and took the time to explain the repairs. Their rates were very reasonable.

Fridge repair

I called Fast Eddies when I woke up and found my fridge was not running and the food in the freezer was starting to thaw. I was told that a technician would be to my home between 11-2 that day. Bernie the technician came in quickly figured out the problem, replaced a part and we were up and running again. It is so nice when your day goes better that expected, thank you!!!

Horrid

Absolute horrid experience. They said the part we needed was "no longer available". My husband called the appliance company himself and we had it shipped to us the next day, and he did the work himself. Everyone we were in contact with was rude and unhelpful. Very disappointed, need to change the company name!!!!!
