TFK is a women's only kickboxing fitness facility. All classes target a full body workout, including many important muscles that tend to get ignored in our daily lives and this is all in only 1 hour. Our classes are a lot more fun and interactive compared to working out at a regular fitness club. Our mission is to empower women physically and mentally. Training in kickboxing with TFK will make you a stronger woman. You'll be gaining more than just strength and confidence.     I have always wanted to try kick boxing and this studio opened near me. I just love how I feel when I leave. I'm sleeping better, have lost weight and more energy, not only that but it's a total body work out. I am in my early 50's and starting to feel great! Sonia is wonderful and a fun trainer.
