    James was very good from start to finish. Always informative and kept me up to date. In that moment I was never made to feel like a number. However, up until a week ago, they have made me feel like I was just another quota they were meeting for the end of the month. I sent an email about a discrepancy and they have never responded. Very disappointing. Overall the service was good and James was professional and honest.

    It is and was a very pleasant experience with the girls at the McNeely Ave. location. It is so nice to be able to get quick and reliable assistance when it is certainly needed. I would recommend this process for anyone looking to get their credit back.
