While visiting in Ottawa, I had some problems with my Nissan Murano. I tried a number of shops but everyone was busy. I noticed that the best rating was given to AC Automotive. I called and they managed to squeeze me in. Jeff and Eric went beyond what you would truly expect. I spoke to customers at the shop and they all agreed that the staff at AC Automotive are polite, and perform excellent work. Really nice to find a shop that does what they say and then back it up! Richard
