    I hired this service approximately 3 to 4 months ago I have three different companies that I work with the Barrie Area I have $5 from carpet companies that I work with in Vancouver I've been in business for 18 years and still going strong everyday this is the worst experience but a maid service has ever used I've given this carpet company less than 10 jobs in a matter of 3 months one of the jobs he stretches the carpets 2 he floods the carpets 3 East troughs or not cleaned properly buyer beware

    Terrible communication skills. Intentionally did a project wrong and admitted as such. Projects left undone/half done Suggested moving my fridge to chip out grout so they could match the color after using the wrong color 3 times to fix a crack Refuse to fix underlying issues so they don't have to come back and REDO again. Have ordered wrong parts a number of times, or not at all Have gone well over time limit Leave projects to the last minute
