    I have used them twice and have been completely satisfied both times. Tim came up with a simple solution to a tricky problem when other companies backed away from the project.

    I had purchased a...

    I had purchased a hot tub for Sara & Tim last year. Although they had given me the best price I can say that I would have been better off going with someone else. I am very pleased with with my hot tub but when Tim had dropped the hot tub it was damaged in 2 spots . Tim had called Sara and they had promised me that they were going to come back the following weekend to buff out the damaged areas. Tim had also promised me chemicals for a year and some other items. I have tried to contact them multiple time with no response. Stay away from this store!! They make promises and never follow through. Im only putting a one star to submit this review. They are a nightmare
