Tech had carefully reviewed the situation with the owner. He brought a ladder in to examine the area for application of powder and spray. The tech very carefully placed the ladder on the wall and applied the treatment to the area. Within minutes the treatment had outstanding results.

We had a flea infestation and with 2 little kids I was in full panic mode. Vanessa showed up at my door within the hour after we spoke on the phone with information and reassurances that this could be taken care of. She gave me an excellent quote and she and Steve did a great job. They came back for a follow up treatment and we have finally been able to take back our house. Scheduling was ve...
Scheduling was very easy via phone and text message, and Oxi6 was available for a Saturday morning appointment. Arrived on time and did a great job. In addition to providing great service, Vanessa is also a super nice. Will definitely call them again if needed.
I had a huge infestation with Cockroaches in my apartment building. I called a few other 'local' companies only to feel rushed through the inspection, and not very personable! When I called OxiSix they were very pleasant to deal with, and spent the time to discuss what treatment they would use. Sure they weren't as inexpensive as the other companies I had in, but they sure earned every dollar spent! I was also pleased that when they said they'd be back they were. I highly recommend calling them!
We called Oxisix based on their reviews online, and we're so happy we did. When I first called Vanessa she was prompt in her response and seemed very sweet. Within 24 hours I had them in my home looking for where our new found 'roomates' a.k.a. mice were getting in. They did a complete walk around and pointed out some possible entry points. We hired them on a seasonal contract (which seemed very fair in pricing) and after about 3 weeks haven't seen or heard from our furry friends.
Received the second spray from Oxisix just this week, they came into Barrie for us. Cannot say enough about the effectiveness of the product. Those who live near the water, know how big the spiders can get - this has been the only products that has worked for us. Steve and Vanessa are clean, fast and courteous. Would definitely recommend their services and the products.
I have had issues in my current home and have tried numerous things to get rid of spiders and cobwebs. At one point we had an infestation. After numerous tries with other companies we called oxisix. Not only have we had success from the product but we also received very personable customer service. Would recommend this product and service time and time again.
I live in a basement apartment. Naturally there will be bugs. However, when I moved in I told my landlord about the earwigs mainly, but also spiders. Since my landlord called oxi6 to come in and do there thing, there's nothing. Thanks guys.

I had a huge spid...
I had a huge spider issue at my house, being so close to the water we get a lot of them. OxiSix came out right away and took care of my spider problem. very professional and personable. Didn't see any more spiders all year! Will be using them again this year for sure!
