Pharmacist is the rudest person I have met , he does not belong in any position dealing with the public.

If I could give this rating system for SDM Cwood 's pharmacy telephone contact system, I would. No answer following 10 minutes on hold including a "cut you off" then redial. If you don't want people to call to talk to the pharmacist, then just provide a #4 on your impersonal phone system. A #4 to say you can't get anyone to listen to your health inquiry.

Mark and his staff are always compassionate and helpful. I have been a loyal patient for 10 years and will remain so. Thank you, Mark!

Shopping is excellent, floor staff are excellent, there is a convenient post office and lots of parking. But the Pharmacy is very disorganized, replete with delays and roadblocks and lacking in required follow-up.

Pharmacist was possibly the rudest man I have ever met. Talked down to me and belittled my opinion before even trying to explain things to me. I will be switching pharmacies ASAP.
