Humber Hospital stuck my father with this awful, uncaring company upon his release and we quickly discovered how incompetent they are. Their staff from the front desk out are unintelligent, lazy and void of empathy. We switched to proresp care and the difference was incredible. My father is still alive and doing well and we are receiving professional service, the complete opposite of what we received from these people. They are incapable of even getting supply orders right. Horrible Company.
