From the Estimate to Installation To Payment I encountered professionalism. The technicians who installed the furnace went beyond what I had expected. Because it was a High Efficiency Furnace the venting went outside I was prepared to touch up the ceiling. In the end I have minimal work to hide venting. I would recommend using Daves Heating & Cooling.

Dave's Heating & Cooling is THE BEST BUSINESS in its own right. Our newer A/C unit died in the midst of a long heat spell and he bent over backwards to get it repaired for us. It was a tough time as our daughter cannot tolerate any heat and my being a cancer pt, the humidity sucked the life out of us. NO one else would help us out the way he did. His staff are A-1 and Natasha(Natalie?) was an absolute gem! I will forever be recommending Dave's. Wonderful, CARING bunch people!

They came to my place to fix an issue with my furnace 3 times now and it's still not resolved. They tried to bill me twice for the same issue because it's been ongoing for more than 30 days. I won't be dealing with them ever again.
Had Daves Heating & Cooling put in a new furnace. Had problems so they had to come back serval times so Dave finally said he is taking that furnace out and replacing with another new one reguardless if he gets backed up by the supplier or not. So he changed the furnace at no extra cost including the service calls. Thanks Dave!
