    I loved using Bil...

    I loved using Bills Quailty Pest Control. Bill is very knowledgable and is very professional. They provided service very fast and efficient and also was reasonably priced! The office staff also were knowledgable and were able to get all my questions answered. Loved them! Will use again!

    We have had nothing but outstanding service with BILLS QUALITY PEST CONTROL. We were quite pleased that the owner, Bill, dealt with us directly- and in a timely fashion. We had a severe problem with honey bees moving directly into our brick farm house. He came assessed the situation and got straight to work. Due to the size and nature of the infestation he did return a second time to make sure the issue was dealt with properly and there was no lingering bees. We most definitely appreciated this! We would most certainly use BILLS QUALITY PEST CONTROL again and suggest others do so also. Great service and prices made this business a smart choice

    I was having a problem with wasps around my home. They were nesting everywhere. I called Bills Quality Pest Control and Bill came over that afternoon. He took down the nests and sprayed the wasps. Within a couple of days the wasps had either died or moved on. Bill explained to me that since the last winter was so mild, more had lived through the winter. I would recommend Bills Quality Pest Control. The service was prompt, friendly and efficient. Donna H.

    Poor Customer Service

    We used Bill's Quality Pest Control for 3 consecutive years for spider removal. The first two years worked very well but on our third year, four weeks later we still had tons of spiders. I looked back to the invoice to confirm that there was still the 60 day guarantee that Bill had originally sold us on two years before, and there was. I called and explained the spray didn't seem to have worked and I was told, "no problem, we will be out next week to re-spray". Perfect, I thought, until two weeks went by and no one had come and the spiders were growing and making nests and webs everywhere. I called again and was told, "sorry, we have been really busy, we will be there by the end of the week". Again, no one came and I called again to hear the same thing. I called every week for 7 consecutive weeks to hear the same thing, at which point I was out of the guaranteed time period but I was determined to have someone follow up on their guarantee since I had been letting them know of the problem only four weeks into it. I had paid for spider removal that simply did not happen and at this point we were into September and the spiders and webs had gotten so big, and there were so many of them, that on a daily basis we had to sweep them down and we were unable to enjoy the patio, hot tub or swing set without having spiders all over us. Finally, I called and said that I understood at this point in the year spider removal may not be worthwhile but I would like to discuss a refund or a deal for next year. Sadly, this message was left twice and I didnt so much as get a courtesy call back. I have never received such disrespectful costumer service and clearly the quality of the service I paid for is lacking as well. Their written guarantee they use to sell the service is only as good as their word, which has been proven to mean nothing. We would never recommend them for any service based on this experience with them.
