Mom and I have been very happy with the PSWs (Eva and Carrie) assigned to help Mom. Eva is with Mom Monday through Saturday and helps Mom with whatever is needed. She is always smiling. Carrie is with Mom on Sundays and is equally wonderful helping Mom. At this time Mom is 101 years young and loves having these girls with her.
Home Instead, and our mother’s caregiver, Elizabeth, are been invaluable to us. We feel, Elizabeth goes above and beyond to care for her. Elizabeth is not her first caregiver. Her first one retired. Both have been long term CG’s to our mother which tells us Home Instead is a good employer. Home instead is always available to help, which is so important to us as we live a distance away. We, genuinely, do not know what we would do without their compassionate care both to our mother and us.
