Took my car and checked my change jar to see what was in there before I handed over car. After I left, all my toonies were gone. I called to let manager and he told me it was impossible, his guys are honest. Basically, didnt believe me. So, wont go there again.
They ripped the rear windshield wiper off my car and took no responsibility. The staff were rude and did not care at all that they had damaged my car. Staff did nothing to rectify the situation.
Clearly their system is problematic if they are taping down the wipers before they clean the cars, I guess they forgot how to tape mine down properly so it was ripped right off.
Pathetic customer service, horrible experience. Do not waste your money there unless you have extra cash to fix your car.
These people are a joke. Brand new Lincoln tore off the rear wiper. Promised to replace but not only did not but denied they said it

I had my car for full interior detailing and I paid $100 and my car ceiling was not done and I was told the interior detailing does not cover the ceiling. Be careful . Very disappointed
Terrible car wash. Paid for their interior service which came out to more than $150. The interior had streaks all over the glass, floors still had salt stains, Center console still had dirt in the corners. Pathetic job to say the least and a complete waste of money.
I've been a customer for over a decade. Typically I buy the pkg of ten coupons. Today was the last day - I will not be returning. The customer service has not been what it once was. I remained loyal...residing & working in the community I believe in being supportive. Only the first man to greet me was polite & responsive. Apparently, the dude at the desk doesn't know how to say hello, good morning, please or thankyou. Not a grunt came out of the other employees when spoken to. Pathetic!
Should have read reviews before coming here. They were right!! Bad service! Just wet mats inside and didn’t even dry them. Have to redo their job. Is there a HALF STAR rating? Warn friends NOT to come here.
First time there. Last time there. Visited on Sunday. Mysteriously their Interac and Credit Card system down. Only cash. For $23 you'd expect entire SUV to be vacuumed, including rear, and well vacuumed. Not the case. And full service means opening and drying inside every door, not just outside of vehicle. A waste of money
Have been a customer for more than 15 years and my last experience is my final. Only vehicle no line ups and vehicle was not washed properly. Rear wiper assembly was destroyed and has to be replaced. Mgr says "what do you expect for $23". Used to be a 10 star facility and now it's a pathetic loser. Stay away and spend your hard earned dollars elswhere
Never seen such a horible service in my life. I paid $188 for detailing my Dodge Caravan and when I came to pick it up I found it with engine and heater running, all doors and windows closed. They tried to dry it in such a sophisticated way burning my gas down to zero. There was less than 1L left in the gas tank. Lucky the gas station is located close. That's not all. The car was not properly cleaned and never vacuumed. They blew the dust off the seats and it settled down on the other areas.
OMG BEST CAR WASH EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEST SERVICE, STAFF WAS SO KIND AND AMAZING!!!!!!! If anyone needs a wash or detail, take it from me, SERIOUSLY, Kipling car wash is the place to go! No one cleaned my interior as well as Kipling Car wash. People are extremely friendly. AND I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE THERE! MY FAVORITE CAR WASH EVER!!!!!!! They treat their customers and their cars very well!!! Its like a spa day for your car and your car will LOVE it!!!
Took my car here for 6 years! Last weekend, I took my 2014 MDX in for a wash and the car came out with a foot and a half long crack in the windshield. I did not have it prior to the wash, and I believe my winter floor mats were flung onto my windshield during cleaning (as I saw it on other cars). The manager gave no apology, no compensation, and asked me to leave. Don't risk it....avoid this place.
