Recently I needed someone to alter a new suit I purchased and adjust a tuxedo. I read about Montgomery Alterations online from a number of sites like this one. The reviews were almost all positive. So I decided to give them a try. I must say that the service was excellent. Trish educated me about adjustments from shoulders to cuffs to sleeves. I have no hesitation in recommending Montgomery. They are so good that they are quite busy. But a short wait is well worth it.

I have been taking my alterations and cleaning to Montgomery Alterations for years. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Service is speedy and always done with care and precision . We are lucky to have them in our neighbourhood.

Trish is not only an amazing person but she is an excellent seamstress. I had my wedding dress altered there and she went above and beyond to make sure the dress was the perfect fit since I was losing a few inches closer to the wedding date. She also lent me a veil with no intention of charging me extra. Overall, an amazing experience!

Fantastic! I bought in a sample wedding dress that needed quite a bit of alterations. Trish exceeded my expectations in every aspect: timing, price, customer service and the perfect fit of the dress. Everyone at Montgomery Alterations was very accommodating and professional, even when I came in late. The shop floor was lined with plastic, so that the long cathedral train(which was going to be cut off) doesn't get dirty or damaged.Got tip on how to clean the dress at home post wedding day.

Terrible Terrible Terrible. Steer clear of this place. They took me on and then for no reason at all told me they could no longer do my alterations giving me very little time to find someone new. Unbelievable. So unprofessional. And they didn't even bother to tell me!I called to check up on the status and thats when they told me! And good luck trying to get Trisha on the phone for more than 2 seconds. She is constantly putting you on hold and telling you she has someone there so she can't talk.

I took my wedding dress here for alterations and my expectations were exceeded. Trish went above and beyond and spent weeks making minor changes to my dress to make sure it fit me perfectly. She is friendly, detailed and experienced. I will definitely be going to Trish again in the future.

I dropped by thinking I needed a new zipper on my daughters winter coat. Trish took one look at it, hauled out a box of spare parts, gave me a missing piece that fit and sent me on my way without charge! Lovely people and great business! Extra points for friendliness and honesty.

PEOPLE BE CARE FULL !!! I usually do not wright reviews, but this people ruined my brand new suit so bad that i have to buy different suit. They tried to fix there mistakes with some more alterations, but it just made worse - still yet managed to charge me $59, when i made it clear that i just lost $700 worth product. all that week away from wedding !!!
