    Very bad service. The worse possible experience we had... Never go with them again. They deliver the appliance with missing/broken parts like Grill and knob on appliance. False promises of "we will fix in 2 days" its been 2 months now nothing happened. They are still not able to deliver missing parts.

    Sold me broken washer with no return. Have to deal with Maytag, its been two months and still no washer parts. They do not know when parts will come in. DO NOT BE CHEAP AND BUY WHERE YOU CANNOT RETURN.

    Was very pleased with cost of the appliances I bought, however they do not wrap the appliances for delivery and the delivery service NRG Express they recommended scratched up both of my appliances very badly.
