Absolutely ludicrous We waited 2 hours for an appointment we scheduled a month ago The clinic if out of control and completely unorganized The doctor is barely listening to a word you say

A terrific clinic with awesome doctors. Other reviews complain about having to wait...where can you go without a wait? My kids have always been seen when they needed care, patients at the Westway since 2009. Both doctors are professional and caring. Reception staff are great. Highly recommend.

They take on WAY more than they can handle. They never answer the phone or return calls. Wait time can be hours. My daughter usually ends up leaving sick, possibly from waiting in an enclosed area for so long with so many sick people. Absolutely ridiculous and chaotic at all times. After her final shots I am switching her to my GP.

Doctors are amazing, wait times can be long but thats life., Have no problems with reception attitude. Treat people the way you want to be treated.

very poor managem...

very poor management. Receptionist are so rude, they never pick up the phone. I have complained many times no action was taken.
